Alexia Wilson

With over a decade of experience in customer service and management, Lex joined Waystone Advisors with a strong desire to apply her skills in support of the Waystone community and its pursuit of financial independence. Drawing on her background in business development, psychology, and technology, she quickly became an integral member of the Operations team.

In her role within Operations, Lex contributes to the development and implementation of new systems and company resources and team training initiatives, helping to enhance efficiency and support the firm’s continued growth.

Outside of work, Lex is a proud Washington native who values life’s simpler pleasures. She enjoys reading fantasy novels, gardening, fishing, and spending quality time with her husband and their two cats
